Man with an unusual hobby: building car replicas

Since COVID-19, many people have taken up new hobbies. While some people have taken up common hobbies like reading or decorating their homes,
one man has taken up an unusual hobby: he built a giant bumper car out of an old Chevrolet car and a motorbike.
He was inspired by the bumper cars in amusement parks and made replicas of these cars.

A giant road-ready bumper car

He made a frame for the replica out of Styrofoam and fibreglass and built a giant bumper car that is twice as big as the original.
Because the replica is a mix of elements from a Chevy car and a motorcycle,
it is legally considered a two-wheeler, but it is roadworthy and he even used telephone poles to make it look similar to the original.

Car replicas made with fibreglass technology

The fibreglass skills he learned from making other car replicas in the past helped him create this car.
People who have seen pictures of his giant bumper car have raved about how amazing it is,
and he says he plans to make more high-quality car replicas in the future.
